We are currently looking for a Chief Marketing Officer.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Responsibilities:
Operational and strategic management of the marketing block and work with counterparties (affiliates);
Development and control over the implementation of the company's marketing strategy aimed at attracting new players, as well as retaining existing players;
Development of the company's brand;
Effective management of channels for attracting players: ASO, media buying, FB, inApp, PPC and others;
Strategizing and growing traffic through organic (SEO) as well as constant search for new channels;
Standardization of business processes and management based on OKR set;
Financial planning and budgeting, optimization of marketing expenses taking into account the effectiveness of attraction channels, reporting;
Competitor analysis and market research, implementation of current trends;
Forecasting of monthly, quarterly, annual traffic growth taking into account planned marketing costs;
Content strategy development, including SEO and Google Analytics tools;
Managing the marketing team: hiring employees, setting tasks and controlling their fulfillment, developing motivation schemes;
Working to improve qualitative and quantitative performance;
Develop and maintain critical KPI reports and dashboards from scratch based on the team's business needs.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
Requirements:
3 years or more experience in a CMO position;
Experience as a CMO in iGaming will be an advantage;
Understanding of marketing and gambling/betting metrics (ROI, Romi, LTV, NGR/GGR);
Experience with CPA, CPM, STP, CLV, CAC, IMC, etc. models;
Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics, PowerBI, GoogleAds, Moz, etc.;
Experience managing a marketing team of 20+ people, with the ability to quickly build a strong team;
Hands-on skills in strategic and operational marketing.
