 We are looking for a head of targeted advertising in our team

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

Main functionality:

Training of specialists in targeted advertising, organization of trainings and seminars (including with the involvement of representatives of platforms)

Improving the quality of advertising campaigns (regular audits of advertising campaigns, analytics with subsequent proposals to optimize work)

Assistance and control in the preparation and launch of advertising campaigns (including control of media planning)

Assessment of the quality of qualifications of employees, assistance in the formation of a motivation system in terms of the growth of expertise

Assistance in preparing for certification

Monitoring of market novelties, their implementation

Agency technological development

Testing and development of new channels

Participation in customer briefing, assistance in preparing post-buy reports

What kind of professional are we looking for?

Hard Skills (experience requirements):

Experience in an advertising agency 3-6 years

Work experience in a similar position for 1-3 years (head of paid social, paid social group head)

Experience in managing a team of 5 people, training and supervision

Expert knowledge of the targeted advertising system MyTarget, VKontakte, Facebook, TikTok

Excellent knowledge of mobile trackers (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Brunch, AppMetrica, etc.), knowledge of web analytics systems (Google Analytics and Yandex.Metrica) will be an additional advantage

Practical experience in using targeted advertising automation systems (Plarin, TargetHunter, Segmento, Cerebro) and spy services (Publer, Macaw, Adheart, etc.)

Advanced MS Office user (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
