Project Manager (Crypto project)

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Digital Assets team, responsible for growing $FAR liquidity, maintaining market-making depth, expanding listings, and increasing our holder base. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of the cryptocurrency market.

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects related to cryptocurrencies and tokens from initiation to completion.

• Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and schedules.

• Organize and coordinate team activities, assign tasks, and monitor their execution.

• Conduct regular meetings with the team and stakeholders to discuss project status.

• Ensure high-quality communication among all project participants.

• Analyze risks and develop strategies for mitigation.

• Prepare reports for management on project progress.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• At least 3 years of experience as a project manager, preferably in the cryptocurrency or fintech sector.

• Experience working in small or startup companies is highly desirable.

• Excellent skills in structuring information and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in various project management tools (e.g., Clickup, Jira, Trello, Asana).

• High level of communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with the team and clients.

• Good knowledge of blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies is a plus.

• Ability to work in a multitasking environment and quickly adapt to changes.

• Fluent in Russian and English.
