System Game Designer

Values Value, a recruiting company with expertise in gamedev, is looking for an experienced System Game Designer for one of our clients, a game studio that is developing casual merge project, that recently raised a tidy sum of investments and ready to conquer the market further.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Working closely with designers and the analytics team to develop the right inputs and measurements for evaluating the game's economic patterns.

• Creating models for various interpretations of the game economy and forecasting player behaviors to find the right global maxima approach.

• Collaborate with the Art Leads to find the right information hierarchy and UI conventions to get information across to the user in a tone and style appropriate to the game.

• Working with the analytics department to understand the results of your work and the impact it has on player behavior.

• Running and analyzing a/b tests.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Minimum 2+ years of experience working on mobile games as a Systems Designer. 

• Casual, Resource management genre experience is a big plus.

• Coding/prototyping skills to be able to create a simulation of the game economy would be a plus.

• Absolute passion for playing and making video games, especially mobile games.
