Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?
Identify and generate new business opportunities within the game development industry.
Research and build targeted prospect lists.
Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, email, industry platforms, and events).
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule discovery meetings for the Business Development team.
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and timely information.
Personalize outreach messages tailored to client needs and industry trends.
Collaborate closely with Business Development Managers and Marketing to refine lead generation strategies.
Monitor industry news, trends, and events to identify potential partnership opportunities.
Track and report on lead generation performance and KPIs.
Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?
1-3+ years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or business development, preferably in the game outsourcing industry.
Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to identify high-quality prospects.
Experience with automation and prospecting tools such as Expandi, Apollo, Lemlist, or Clay.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot), and email outreach tools.
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft personalized and engaging outreach messages.
Understanding of the game development pipeline (art, engineering, QA, live ops).
Results-driven mindset with a proactive and self-organized approach.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment.
Upper-Intermediate or higher English level.
Nice to have
Experience supporting industry events (e.g., GDC, Gamescom, Nordic Game).
Understanding of the game development pipeline (art, engineering, QA, live ops).
Knowledge of additional languages.
