We're looking for a User Acquisition Manager to build and grow the rewarded/incent direction — connecting new networks from scratch, owning the full cycle, and turning this channel into a stable, scalable source of quality traffic.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?
Connect and manage rewarded/incent networks and offerwall partners.
Launch, optimize, and scale campaigns across geo, OS, placement, and subpublisher level.
Track not just CPI, but quality after install: retention, tutorial completion, session depth, ad/purchase events.
Work with analytics, attribution, postbacks, and anti-fraud tools.
Negotiate with networks on rates, caps, whitelist/blacklist, source transparency, and quality rules.
Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?
Strong understanding of unit economics: CPI, retained user cost, ad ARPU/LTV, payer conversion, cohort quality.
Experience with MMP and attribution: Adjust or equivalents.
Ability to set up and verify postbacks, event mapping, and optimization events independently.
Hands-on fraud detection experience.
Ability to propose and drive product adaptations for motivated traffic to maximize LTV and payback.
Understanding of flexible monetization management: proposals for additional ad placements for incent segments (extra interstitials, extra rewards, reward volume adjustments).
Understanding of in-app purchase availability management: removing no-ads packs, balancing or removing subscription offers, working with high-discount bundle configurations.
Experience designing retention events: knowing which in-product events should trigger offerwall rewards so users warm up and generate revenue exceeding acquisition cost.
