На какие задачи (обязанности)?
Full-Cycle Recruitment. Manage the entire process, including job profiling, sourcing, interviewing, and guiding candidates through each stage with the client.
Networking. Actively build and maintain a professional network within the Gamedev community, sharing insights and career advice based on the team's expertise.
Documentation. Manage ATS records, job descriptions, and reporting on recruitment plans and outcomes.
Social Media. Maintain LinkedIn presence for job postings and team updates.
Team collaboration. Participate in team meetings and contribute to internal professional development.
Onboarding. Align to the Irismart recruitment methodology and the Gamedev specifics.
Какого профессионала ищем?
We evaluate your EXP on an individual basis, but there are key points:
1+ years of experience as an IT Recruiter with a track record of successful placements.
Agency background would be a plus.Completion of IT Recruitment courses.
Strong negotiation skills, creative (non-scripted) communication, and a continuous learning mindset.
English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
